Communication was clear, and they were very helpful whenever I had questions. I’m really pleased to finally see my book available to readers.

5. Our Services
Bradford Book Publisher provides professional publishing-related services based on the scope of work agreed with the Customer.
The exact Services provided may vary depending on the package, quotation, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement applicable to your Project.
Services may include, but are not limited to, manuscript writing, ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, book formatting, cover design, interior layout, ebook preparation, audiobook production, publishing assistance, marketing, advertising, promotional support, and distribution assistance.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services according to the agreed Project scope.
6. No Guarantee of Publishing or Commercial Success
While we use reasonable professional efforts to provide our Services, we do not guarantee that a book will achieve a particular number of sales, downloads, reviews, royalties, rankings, awards, media coverage, advertising results, audience size, or revenue.
Publishing and book marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market demand, genre, pricing, competition, audience response, advertising budgets, platform policies, distribution availability, reviews, timing, and other market conditions.
Any performance representation or result is only binding where expressly stated in a written agreement signed or accepted by both parties.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an inquiry or completing a contact form does not automatically create a contract for paid Services.
An Order becomes effective when Bradford Book Publisher accepts the Order and any required deposit or payment has been received, or when a separate written service agreement is accepted by both parties.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an Order where the requested Services appear to involve unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, deceptive content, abuse, or other activities that we reasonably determine are unsuitable for our Services.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, manuscripts, instructions, images, documents, author information, publishing information, and other materials reasonably required to complete your Project.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to provide materials to Bradford Book Publisher for use in connection with your Project.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials supplied by you do not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, or other rights belonging to another person or organization.
9. Content and Manuscript Responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, and ownership of the content you provide to us.
Bradford Book Publisher does not independently guarantee the factual accuracy, legal compliance, originality, or non-infringing nature of customer-provided content.
You should obtain appropriate professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or other specialist advice where the subject matter of your book or Project requires such advice.
10. Project Scope
Each Project will be performed according to the scope described in the applicable quotation, proposal, package, invoice, service agreement, or other written documentation.
Requests that materially change the original Project requirements or require additional work beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional Services and may result in additional charges.
Where additional charges apply, we will communicate the additional scope and applicable charges before undertaking the additional work where reasonably practicable.
11. Revisions and Changes
Where revisions are included in your selected package or written agreement, revisions will be limited to the scope and number of revisions specified in that agreement.
Revision requests should be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery of the relevant work.
Requests for a substantially different concept, new design direction, additional content, new deliverables, or changes outside the original brief may be considered additional work and may incur additional charges.
12. Customer Approval
You are responsible for carefully reviewing materials provided for approval, including manuscripts, edited content, book covers, interior layouts, formatting, metadata, audiobook materials, advertising materials, and final files.
When you approve a final version, Bradford Book Publisher may proceed with the next stage of your Project based on that approval.
Customer approval may be provided electronically, by email, through an online system, or by another reasonable method.
13. Publishing and Distribution Platforms
Where our Services include publishing, distribution, or publishing assistance, your Project may involve third-party platforms, retailers, distributors, printers, audiobook services, ebook platforms, or other external providers.
These third parties may have their own terms, policies, technical requirements, fees, review procedures, account requirements, content standards, and approval processes.
Bradford Book Publisher does not control the decisions, policies, availability, algorithms, pricing, review processes, or operations of third-party platforms.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, publication dates, distribution availability, rankings, sales, royalties, reviews, downloads, account status, or continued availability of a book on any third-party platform.
14. Amazon and Kindle Direct Publishing Disclaimer
Bradford Book Publisher is an independent USA-based publishing services company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Amazon or Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).
We do not represent ourselves as Amazon, Kindle, Kindle Direct Publishing, or an authorized representative of Amazon unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and legally permitted.
Any publishing assistance involving Amazon or KDP is provided as an independent service to the Customer. Amazon and KDP maintain their own terms, policies, publishing requirements, review processes, fees, account rules, and content standards.
15. Traditional Publishing Disclaimer
Bradford Book Publisher is not a traditional publishing house unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Our publishing services do not guarantee that a manuscript will be acquired, represented, accepted, distributed, promoted, or published by a traditional publisher, literary agent, or other independent publishing organization.
We are not affiliated with any traditional publishing company unless such affiliation is expressly disclosed in writing.
16. Marketing and Promotional Services
Marketing and promotional Services are intended to support the visibility and promotion of your book or publishing project.
Marketing performance may depend on factors outside our control, including advertising platforms, audience response, market conditions, competition, budget, book content, pricing, reviews, distribution, and third-party policies.
We do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, downloads, reviews, rankings, subscribers, followers, media placements, or revenue unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.
17. Fees and Payments
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, subscription charges, and other applicable fees will be communicated before an Order is confirmed.
You agree to pay all fees applicable to the Services you purchase according to the agreed payment schedule.
Where a payment becomes overdue, Bradford Book Publisher may pause or suspend work until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Pausing a Project due to an overdue payment may affect the estimated Project timeline.
18. Taxes and Third-Party Charges
Applicable taxes, transaction charges, platform fees, printing costs, distribution fees, advertising budgets, licensing fees, or other third-party charges may apply depending on the Services purchased.
Unless expressly included in a written quotation or agreement, third-party charges may be the responsibility of the Customer.
19. Delivery Times
We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated or agreed Project timelines.
Delivery dates may depend on the complexity of the Project and the timely provision of materials, information, feedback, approvals, and payments by the Customer.
Where circumstances outside our reasonable control cause a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay and establish an updated timeframe.
20. Intellectual Property
You remain responsible for the intellectual property rights associated with materials that you provide to us.
Ownership or licensing of final deliverables will be determined by the applicable written agreement, quotation, invoice, or Project terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bradford Book Publisher retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, processes, templates, methodologies, systems, know-how, and proprietary business materials.
Third-party materials, stock images, fonts, software, music, audio elements, templates, and other licensed materials remain subject to the applicable third-party licenses and restrictions.
21. Copyright and Customer Materials
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission to use copyrighted material, photographs, illustrations, quotations, trademarks, names, likenesses, music, audio, and other third-party content supplied for your Project.
You agree to indemnify Bradford Book Publisher to the extent permitted by applicable law against claims arising from your unauthorized use of third-party materials or your breach of the representations and warranties contained in these Terms.
22. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the Service purchased, the applicable agreement, whether work has commenced, whether the Services are customized, the payment terms, and applicable federal and state law.
Where applicable law provides a non-waivable cancellation, refund, or consumer right, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict that right.
Where cancellation occurs after work has commenced, any refund or amount retained will be determined according to the applicable written agreement, Services already performed, non-refundable third-party costs, work completed, and applicable law.
23. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under applicable federal, state, and local consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive, or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, waived, or restricted under applicable law.
24. Electronic Communications
By communicating with Bradford Book Publisher electronically, including through email, website forms, or other online methods, you consent to receiving electronic communications relating to your inquiry, Project, Order, account, payments, or Services.
Where applicable law requires separate consent for marketing communications, such consent will be obtained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
25. Privacy and Data Protection
Bradford Book Publisher collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, retain, and manage personal information, including information submitted through lead forms, cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, marketing communications, and other website interactions.
26. Website Use
You agree to use our Website lawfully and responsibly.
You may not use our Website to engage in fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious activity, harassment, abuse, infringement, impersonation, or any activity that may damage, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Website or our systems.
27. Website Content
Information published on our Website is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed or updated from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but do not guarantee that every Website statement, description, price, availability indication, or other content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
28. Third-Party Services and Websites
Our Website or Services may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, products, services, retailers, publishers, distributors, payment processors, advertising platforms, or other external services.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, practices, terms, fees, or decisions.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies imposed by those third parties.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bradford Book Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our Website or Services, including loss of profits, sales, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, rankings, royalties, or expected commercial results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
30. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include significant internet or technology failures, hosting outages, third-party platform outages, natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil disturbance, labor disputes, cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or controlled.
31. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bradford Book Publisher and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of our Services, infringement of third-party rights, violation of these Terms, or materials supplied by you that give rise to a third-party claim.
32. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our Website or Services where reasonably necessary due to non-payment, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, security concerns, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
Termination will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that are intended to survive termination.

We encourage customers to provide sufficient details regarding the issue so that we can investigate the matter and, where appropriate, work toward a reasonable resolution.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the beginning of these Terms.
Unless otherwise required by law, the Terms applicable to an existing Order will generally be the Terms accepted when the relevant agreement was entered into.
35. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United States and, where applicable, the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of mandatory consumer protection rights or legal remedies available to you under the laws applicable to your circumstances.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
